Jackpot Fantasy Rules and Scoring

In Jackpot Fantasy, the users are selecting players from a pre-generated list that they think will perform the best in each position and win that position for that week.

The ticket is made up of all the positions chosen for that contest, the number of players per position and the number of positions on a ticket may vary based on the contest the user is entering.

The Jackpot Fantasy team selects players best on the information available at the time of publishing to create a fair and balanced ticket. We are not responsible for changes that happen after the contest is created and users have picked their players.

The positions represent the different player or team categories that make up your fantasy choices. In Football, for example, you might choose from Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Kickers, etc. It will be different for each sport.

Ticket Selection

The user will select one or more players depending on the contest for each position.

Once you have selected the players in each position, you can submit your ticket for the contest. You must pick all the required players in each position to be eligible to win on that ticket.

Once a ticket is selected and confirmed by the user, it may not be edited.

A user may enter as many tickets as they want in a given contest, but only the top scoring ticket will be used to determine a winner.

To determine the winner in each position, an industry standard scoring system is used. The player with the most points in that position will be the winner and if the user picked them for that position, they will receive one point on their ticket. Each winning position is worth one point to the user regardless of how many points the players earn.

In the event that two players in a position get the same highest score, it’s considered a tie and neither player is considered the winner of that position.

Delayed, Rescheduled and Canceled games

If a game is delayed, canceled, or rescheduled to a time outside of the original time, the game will be blocked from the ticket and players listed in that position will not score points.

After the ticket is submitted by the use,r they are not able to make any changes to those players. If a player is part of a blocked game, they will receive no additional points after the time of the block.

If there are not enough active players due to blocked games, Jackpot Fantasy may cancel any contests and the tickets within that contest. In the event of a canceled contest, Jackpot Fantasy will refund the amount paid by the user to their Jackpot Account or the account of the business they are playing from.

In the event of a suspended game, the player will be awarded and points earned before the suspension. Any points earned after the ticket is closed will not be included.
